I ordered a hamper part for a customer 2 weeks ago anticipating a prompt delivery. There was no indication that the part was unavailable or backordered. My credit card was charged immediately. I was notified that my order was received and they would notify me when it ships. No word since.

On Monday I tried calling the customer service # listed and it was no longer a working number. I then emailed customer service asking for an order status. No reply. Today (Wednesday 2/24) I called the phone number listed on their website (they are located in Pompano Beach, Florida) and the phone prompts go into a continuous loop regardless of the extension pushed. So again, I couldn’t reach anyone for further information.

Today I have sent them a third email asking for my order to be cancelled and credit card refunded. I will never order from this company again.

This shop is bad at customer service – bad at communication. I ordered on Etsy and was waiting for my pieces to arrive. They didn’t. For over a month they didn’t. I had to open up a case with Etsy, cause there was ZERO communication from the store despite several messages over the month – including emailing them on the PARTS4CABINETS website and calling them to just see where my order was at. And it was only when the case on Etsy was a day from being able to be Escalated that I received a message stating ‘our equipment was broken, it is fixed now, and your order will be sent out soon.” end of message. And it was a MONTH that had gone by. They also were aware (if they read my messages) that I needed this for a particular project at the end of January. So I asked if there was a timeline for delivery and that it would have been nice to know the equipment was ‘broken’ and time was needed to fulfill my order. COMMUNICATION IS KEY!!!! But they did not respond to my question of timeline. They left me hanging for three more days – and so I escalated the case and was issued a refund. Parts4Cabinets…. please just be honest, clear, and better with business. Otherwise you are really just going to be known as a company that knows how to mess people over. And If you hit up Etsy – I am not the only one this has happened to – so no…… don’t trust em. At all. Or at least until they get their poop in a group.

Beware, Poor Customer Service and bate and switch tactics. Ordered a product online that was noted in stock. Paid for it, next day I received a message from that said it was processed and thanked me for my purchase. Then shortly after that received another message from Julio Figueredo that said my order was canceled because they could not get the product from the distributor. I called the manufacturer and they told me they have it ready to ship. I then noticed on Julio’s website the product was immediately relisted as IN STOCK at four times the original cost, and more expensive than the competition, . I wrote Julio a message asking for further explanation as to why he said it was not in stock when he relisted it as in stock at four times the cost….no answer. I wrote a second letter asking for customer support to understand what was going on, but again no response. Hence, buyer beware if you have any need for transparency, integrity or simple customer support with this company. I will be happy to talk this down once I hear back from this company. If this is still here., that means I am still waiting.

Excellent service fast delivery and product as described. Customer service was very helpful, i would definitely recommend them.
