I have been working with People Ready for the past 3 years. I started in the Pompano Branch because it was the closest to where I live. All people use a app where you can find work out of any branch that has work. I have worked out of every branch from West Palm to South Miami. But I always try to work out of the Pompano Branch. They are the most professional, courtesy, and best run branch in all of South Florida. It all starts with the people that work there. The Branch Manager Chris runs a professional office and knows what he is doing and takes care of the people that work out of his branch or any other new workers that shows up. He only knows how to do things the right way. Roseline who does so much different tasks from setting up the coordination between the clients and workers. Plus making sure you have everything you need for the job you are going out to. On top of that she handles all those tickets turned in at the end of the day and gets you paid as fast as possible. But they are not the best just because they run a professional branch. What matters most to me is that they care about you. When I look at jobstack for a jobs available and there are several jobs out there from different branches. Even if the other branch has a higher paying job, I still will take the job from Pompano Branch because they are the best and they care about the people that work these sometimes tuff jobs. They always have work, so I highly recommend that if the job is coming out of the Pompano Branch, take that job. And I almost forgot to tell you about Andrew. He is there in the morning getting you out to your job as well as staying on top of all his other responsibilities he has to take care of. This Branch is the one you want to work out of. Getting to work is your responsibility, but one time a client called needing a worker right away, and because I take a bus, Andrew for the good of the company as well as me. Drove me to the job in his own personal car because it was an emergency for the customer and that is how professional they are. Getting to work is your responsibility. If you can’t get there on time then don’t take the job. I only gave you that example to let you know how the Pompano Branch is committed to their clients as well as their workers.

The last thing I will tell you is that when you take a ticket and go to work for their clients, you represent their Branch. If you are hard working, then it is a good reflection on their branch for the clients to keep asking them for more workers. If you are lazy and late to the job you make the Branch look bad. So this review is for the people that are responsible and want to work. If you fit that description then I guarantee you will always have work at the Pompano Branch.
