While doing market research from Central Florida down to South Florida, I came across Ph Pool & Spa Supplies and purchased a heat pump. John is friendly, professional and provided outstanding customer service. I would recommend this company.

They did some work on my pool and I am supper pleased with the job. Would definitely use them again in the future and recommend them. John and the entire team are great and make the whole process easy and low stress.

John refuses to pay for the heat exchange in our Hayward pump that his company messed up with the chemicals they put in our pool. He’s hard to get a hold off and doesn’t take care of his issues. After a few months of servicing our pool, he got another company to do it because he ruined our heat exchange. Now he doesn’t want to replace it. I will be writing reviews everywhere until he fulfills his obligation.

The only reason for the 5 stars is John. He’s always helpful when I need it and even answers my cell phone when I need help on his days off. When I first became a customer John was there to help with things that he wasn’t even supposed to help me with and he did it as a courtesy. I never owned a pool before and he showed me the basics of how the whole system worked. I definitely feel comfortable working with PH pool and spa supplies and would recommend them to friends and family.
