They happily delivered for free on short notice and then texted me to thank me afterwards. They were also very respectful and accommodating in regards to COVID safety protocols. Thanks again.

Absolutely fabulous… The best customer service I’ve seen in quite a while… I didn’t think there was anyway we could fit any baby grand in our condo and Mark walked me right over to the perfect one and we’re just over the moon! Don’t go anywhere but here if you want anything to do with pianos, music, etc.… They are a joy to work with! And in today’s world that’s something… Thank you so much for brightening our day with music 😇😇😇

Found a piano that we were interested in seeing on line and made an appointment with Mark to see in person. The piano met our expectations and purchased it. They delivered the piano the following day. Mark was great. Took time with us, went over differences between pianos with us and even gave me a quick lesson. His delivery people were right on time, polite and professional. I would recommend Piano Showcase to anyone interested in a piano.

Moved piano today.. Arrived on time. Movers Kyle and Trust were very polite, efficient and professional. Kyle noticed some screws missing on top cover of piano and kindly replaced them. Mark answered my questions every time I called. Will call in @ 10 days for my discounted piano tuning! Happy I found them! Would highly recommend. C.Garcia
