Pinch A Penny Pool Patio Spa

Have great customer service. New pool owner and they have been courteous and informative.

I wanted to get a quote from them for cleaning service. I filled out the internet form that they request be completed. I was told I would get a call within 48 hours. This was last Thursday. Big red flag and would never use them. Buyer beware on this group.

Always liked the staff there but yesterday May 2nd I had a rather disturbing experience. Masks are enforced in any store in Florida. Despite that a man with a little girl was in the store and he and the girl did not wear any mask. At some point he was at the register openly digging his nose.

My complaint is that the owner and his staff did NOTHING to make the man follow the rules and protect other people. They served him like nothing was wrong.

I expect any store and also Pinch A Penny to obey by the rules. I don’t want to be a client in a store that cares nothing about the safety of it’s clients and employees.

What are you gonna do about this?

I was in this Pinch a Penny today and Terry and his wife was GREAT!! They gave excellent advice and they were very knowledgeable. I had lots of questions as I am a new pool owner and they had no problem answering them. They actually take the time to get to know you and your situation. I stopped in this location because my location as well as the ohers close at 6pm, and I wasn’t going to be able to make it there in time due to a prior engagement. So I swung by on my lunch hour with my water sample and I left out full of knowledge!! Thanks to the both you! I’ll definitely be back!! 🙂
