BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION! When placing orders through the app and over the phone. Do NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION! They will charge you twice and then act like they didn’t charge you for it.
I placed an order through the app and my total was $22.99, after picking up the order and coming home, I received several notifications from my bank about fraudulent activity on my card. A second charge of $27.99 was charged to my card without my consent. Went to the store to dispute the charges and according to them they “only charged me once” but in reality they did charge me $22.99 and $27.99. I guess they double charged me and added themselves a $5 tip in the process for me to go pick up my order. How nice of them huh? Now I have to deal with my bank and dispute these charges, request a new card so they don’t keep charging it without my consent, and hope they reverse those charges if they ever do. What a way to treat a loyal customer.

Pizza overload. Had the Prosciutto with arugula and half pepperoni half basil pizzas. Thin crust, amazing cheese, perfectly cooked. Probably best pizza I’ve ever had.

It should have been a better service you guys can do it

Omg my pizza came in two and half hours late and it was cold I had to use the app to verify my I’d there is no such thing in the app had to charge my card twice and everything very very poor customer service when I get pizza I like it hot not cold and poor poor customer service. I felt like I have never been treated this bad in all my life.

This is the worst Pizza hut to get Curb side. I had a associate there actually tell me that they DO NOT answer the phone. I already checked in on the app and online for the food to be brought out so I’m very confused as to how they a would have known when to bring the food out. They are always very rude and I never get my food on time. When I call the Pizza Hut customer service, I can’t even get a manager to explain what is occurring. If you decide to still order from this organization, do NOT order from this location. And I will be following up to see that something is done.
