The staff is always friend, not crowded so you always get more attention rather than be brushed off for the next client.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! THEY’RE KEEPING MY MONEY…!!! I have been banking with PNC for about 5 years and never had a problem, customer service is really nice at Deerfield Beach location. But 2 weeks ago I received a deposit from my unemployment insurance, it was a Lump sum from accumulated time I had and the bank is holding my money indefinitely with no reason. So be careful with this bank, you never know when they will hold your money, so never make a big deposit or allow a direct deposit if you would need your money soon…

I am a 20 year plus customer of TD Bank and have only experienced stellar service at every branch that I have dealt with with the exception of this one. While attempting to merely deposit a check in the amount of $1500, the Teller kept me waiting for an inordinate amount of time while he consulted with the Branch Manager.
Despite repeated requests by me as to what the problem was, no response was given. I had my driver’s license and passport with me
which I gladly offered for any identification purposes. I was finally told by the Branch Manager, after AT LEAST 20 minutes, that he was not satisfied with my signature on the check matching my signature card on file with the Bank. After a lengthy interrogation that included intense scrutiny of my driver’s license and TD Bank card I was finally “allowed” to deposit my check and withdraw $1,000. I have over $100,000 in liquid funds deposited in TD Bank. I will never use this branch again. It was obvious I was being profiled despite my proper credentials. Customers beware………

in addition to charging a fee of 2% to exchange the check of the bank itself, you need two ID’s! WORST BANK THAT EXISTS IN AMERICA
