PODS Moving & Storage

Staff in Fort Lauderdale office are rude and unprofessional.

All work and services went beyond expectations.

Marcelo picked up the Pod today after having been here for about 5 months. He was
Professional and courteous and on time.

All in all the The delivery and the people have been great, The POD itself not so good.
I don’t know if it’s because the nasty storms we have been getting here or if it’s common for these things to leak a little.
A few things got wet and because the POD is wood of course the stains are brown. Limited edition Bacardi umbrella, A queen mattress “I hated it but it was the Girlfriends” and a dresser that I was looking for a reason to throw it out. Only thing I am upset about is my Umbrella :/

All I can tell people is put stuff that can get a little wet on the walls just in case.

Just spoke to customer service Laura B on the phone–she was OUTSTANDING on all fronts! By far the best rep I’ve worked with so far in my 4 years of trusting PODS for multiple moving & storage needs!
