Pompano Beach Amphitheater

Any child who has grown up around or near the Bay Area know of the wonder of this museum. The California Academy of Sciences has been a staple in Golden Gate Park nearly forever, at least to this reviewer. The building is beautiful and large, unclear where it begins and ends. A giant aquarium that you can immerse yourself in. My personal favorite is the penguins.
Naturally this place is meant for the family, and caters towards children with a curious mind. At first was not a fan of the taxidermy exhibits that have been there since I was kid, but I was then informed that they have been around since the 1930s. I do like the historical aspect to that, wish I knew a more about them.

Really comfortable outdoor fresh air setup for entertainment. Plentiful parking. Usually have vendors in the area. Enjoyable times here and the sound was good musically.

I have gone to so many shows here, I love this venue. It really showcases our beautiful Florida weather. This past summer I saw the Hendrix show. It was great, crowd skewed older as you might expect. They keep this up very well.

Excellent venue! Holds about 2500 people.. outdoors was terrific on a nice cool night.. seats had plenty of legroom, aisles nice and wide.. easy parking getting in and leaving, which you don’t find very often..
Pleasant staff.. several pretty good food options inside, bar also
Highly recommend coming here.. we saw Dark Start Orchestra which was fantastic
