Unbeatable customer support!! My control remote box went out, I called the manufacturer tell them my situation and with no questions asked, they sent me a replacement!! No questions asked and received within two days! Inverter runs smoothly and powers my applicances with no issues at all!

These guys are amazing! I purchased an inverter and it was perfect for 2 years. I had an issue down the line and had contacted them for support and Gil was able to resolve it on the phone with me. It was 10000% my fault! After literally a 7 minute phone call, she identified the issue and guided me on resolving it, and even suggested a couple of improvements to my setup. I definitely won’t hesitate to contact them again!

Worst experience, customer service did not want to help with a product I needed urgently even I was able to pay doble for a faulty power inverter i got previously.
