Professionalism was shown from the first phone call through the follow up. I highly recommend Jason and his Chem Dry company. The carpet was cleaned and refreshed with only a few hours drying time. You won’t be disappointed in the quality of their service as well as the price.

Big shout out to you all at Premier Chem-Dry. You did a beautiful job patching up our condo from the water leak that damaged couple walls. We came down recently we couldn’t even tell anything happened. What a relief, you were available short notice to take care of this for us. Very professional will be calling you soon for tile and grout cleaning. We just got your specials in the mail, been using Chem-Dry for years, best of the best hands down!! 👍😉

Nick did an amazing job on my carpets. I am so pleased! There were a few spots that he took attention to and removed them with care. My carpet looks brand new! I will definitely call him back when I need them cleaned again.

The young man was so professional and concerned about my area rug which was dirty. He did a amazing job and now my rug look like brand new again. I have to say he was neat and clean and fast, he also spoke about his concerns as to and if he would be able to remove a couple of coffee stains …. WELL HE DID and I am so Happy with CHEM-DRY

Fabulous work and fantastic customer service! My 2 unique living room chairs look like new again after some real needed cleaning. The two gentlemen assigned, Anthony and Travion, arrived right on time and were fully prepared with needed supplies. Both were personable, asked me my concerns and needs and immediately went to work. When finished, Anthony asked me to inspect their work and asked for any input or further needs to insure my complete satisfaction.
Jason, who arranged the job for me , was extremely helpful and met me at every turn to insure my schedule was met and my satisfaction was taken care of.
Customer service is important to me and I will say that Premier Chem-Dry of Pompano Beach definitely hit the mark. Along with the work done on my chairs, Premier is a firm I recommend and will use again.
