Everyone wore masks, displays clean and accessable, displays in different designs and models. Plenty of staff to help. Clean, sanitized bathrooms.

My kitchen “looks“ beautiful however after just a few months of light use, The cabinets are not holding up (it is just me and my husband, no kids no pets, so the kitchen doesn’t get a lot of traffic)
Several cabinets no longer soft clothes, and literally chunks of paint just randomly come off because the “wood” is so soft, it doesn’t hold up to every day use. Just leaning on it with jeans or a belt will scratch and chipped the paint-
I purchased the white shaker cabinets as well as the dark gray

If i could rate this company a 0 star I would, the worst customer service and the general manager has zero respect for the way he ignores and interrupts his customers. We ordered a set if cabinets in the “liberty gray” and we ended up with 3 tones of gray, set mt entire kitchen project behind by a week and i lost money due to it, now the general manager wants to place a 4 day eta time on his mistake. Do not recommend!
