If I can give negative! Not for public! Really! Very rude. Didn’t allow to even browse!

I used to go here and send customers here all the time. In the past few years there is a new owner. Fired everyone that worked there, nobody I had dealt with worked there anymore. Staff clueless as to who their good customers are. They discontinued selling things my customers wanted, all in all the place is nothing like it used to be. Reducing from 5 stars to 2 stars.

VERY RUDE, assuming I could not afford the tiles before she even showed me whaT I needed. Giving me a price point, which I didn’t ask for, I specifically asked to see what you have. VERY RUDE. and might I add I’m black, so I’ll leave this here.
And I gave one star because apparently I can’t give 0.

The ProSource Team is super knowledgeable and helpful! As a designer they make my Life easier.

Amanda Gross helped me find and order wood to repair our recently installed flooring. AC overflowed and wrecked a section. She searched the stores records and was able to match a year old order (amazing) The wood came in from Canada and was here in6 working days.
Amanda truly went above and beyond. Lets hope the AC stays dry from here on. Thanks for all your help and great service.
