Had a wonderful customer service experience from an employee named Ada. She explained everything in detail and made me feel comfortable in selecting a unit. I highly recommend this storage facility and their hospitality.

Ada is a wonderful manager! ! She is very professional , and so knowledgable about the storage units. She was EXTREMELY helpful to my husband and I. She is an asset to the storage complex…..and a very, very nice person!

Me and my fiancé had a great experience here at this public storage location! Ada was really helpful in explaining how the process works, since it was our first time ever renting we had tons of questions and she was really friendly and patient with us we WILL be returning customers to this location in the near future.
