We just sold our boat; it motored away just moments ago.
That said, having tremendous enjoyment over the past 9 years, was in large part because of Dan and his co-workers @ Reel Loco. Dan always made time for consultations, recommendations, or servicing, depending on the need. The service @ Reel Loco has been nothing less than top notch; it was a feeling of comfort to know we could depend on Dan’s knowledge and expertise. Good communication skills and of course pricing, are always important factors to consider, and with Reel Loco you get the total package. Dan even took time from his busy day to meet the new owner, who is now also a Reel Loco fan!

My husband and I have interacted with the staff of this shop on two different occasions, both times they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Both times they went above and beyond to help us find parts they didn’t currently have in stock. Dan was very giving of his time and talked through some of the repairs we were planning to do on our own. Living in South Florida you sort of expect to get bare minimum help out of people especially if a place doesn’t have what you need, these guys are a breath of fresh air because they don’t just brush you off but like I said they go above and beyond to help you ultimately find what you need, even as far as telling you who has it and where to go. We really appreciate their professionalism and heart for helping their customers. Way to go Reel Loco!

Reel Loco has been servicing and repairing our family boat for over a decade. I bought my own center console bay boat this past year, and Reel Loco did a full inspection and water run to verify that I was making a sounds purchase.
