I’m very surprised to see these one star ratings. I’ve been with regions since 2009 and I’ve never had an issue. Staff at this location are always pleasant and some go the extra mile to give an extra big smile and make conversation. They’ve always been pleasant with me. I’m giving 5 stars because I’ve always had a pleasant experience. If for some reason I start getting attitude or bad customer service, I’ll start taking away stars; I hope I don’t have to.

Doris is completely unprofessional. She was friendly and polite during the beginning of the construction loan process, then stopped responding for two weeks. 16 voicemail messages. 11 unreplied text messages.

I have called 13 times today to speak to Carlos, the manager. No one answered the first 11 times. Someone answered on call 12 and told me to call back in an hour as he was on lunch.I have no been on hold for 47 minutes and the branch is closed. So now I get to speak to corporate about Carlos as well. Stay far away from this bank. We will be closing our accounts tomorrow.

No issues at the local level, but I hate regions on a corporate level. If if wasn’t so difficult to reset all the auto transactions I’d have closed my accounts in a heartbeat. Can’t express my disdain for yours company enough. There aren’t words to describe how much I hate doing business with regions. Just here to edit my comment to say that if I could give regions a negative five rating, I certainly would. The local branch has their hands so tied that they can’t do customer service without themselves having to call corporate, be on hold for thirty minutes with their customer standing in front of them. I’ve been with regions since it was Union planters in 2000, and I can’t describe how unhappy I am with what they’ve become.
