Isaac is extremely arrogant. He thinks he is a police officer the way he calls and questions me. When I call to make payments I always ask to speak with someone else if he answers. Issac, you need to reevaluate your role at RAC.

Most friendly, great customer service go out of their way to assist customers with a reasonable request or solution finder to your problem. Palm Aire store is one of the Best location to rent from. The Manager of the store gives super care to her store, customers and employees.

Leletha is my homie!! She has a great attitude and wonderful customer service she is the epitome of showing great , warm ,friendly customer service! I hope I spelled her name right …she made my whole entire day better since she rented me my bedframe/ mattress.Thank you guys for helping me out today!!

If I could have given it no stars, I would have. They rented me an AC unit portable that didn’t work, took them a week to come get it even though I reported it the same day, and then refused to refund the money because I had it for a week.
