This company is not rated by BBB. They are 3rd party scammers, maybe 4th party. The employees are unprofessional, and after dealing with the supervisor, I now understand that their leadership is disrespectful and very unprofessional. This company cost me over $3,000 with no compensation. Last, there were so many lies told and no help. They take your money and run. They don’t even deserve the 1 star given.

Takes advantage of people during a pandemic. Knowing well, that it is impossible to attend a cruise during Covid-19, they refused to give a refund. When requesting a delay for the cruise, they said that you need to pay MORE for a delay. DO NOT book with this cruise, they have no concern for people and if they will be as pathetic as taking people’s money during a global crisis, you can be sure they will screw you over any other day. Customer service kept hanging up on me as well.

Well so far this vacation has been the worst yet. They put us in a dive hotel. Water yellow so don’t drink the water don’t bath in the tub. You don’t get towels often door to room is broken place is dirty. And feeling safe well don’t think that. It is the worst place ever if royal seas puts people in places like this Do your work book your own vacation. Don’t go with this company it is a scam…

Wow. This place is a scam. I have been so taken advantage of. I thought I was planning a great vacation for my niece and I. I paid for upgrades and booked flights, rented a car. I was promised a Bahama destination and Now I’m being told different stories by customer service and told, oh, but for $14 more you can now do this. I have paid $1500 for a trip I could have booked myself for half that. Buyer Beware.
