Amazing selection of green products. Love the service and recommendations of the beauty specialists. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Wish they had more locations is the bay area.

I’ve been coming to this Sally’s for 15 years never ever going back again the Store manager so Rude!!!!!! I’m taken my money somewhere else Sally’s needs better management

I actually went to this place at 9:30am because I had called the day before and they actually gave me the stores hours and I got there 9:35 and there was no one there so i waited, then i called and started walking toward my car and notices one of the employee (Lisette) arive so I waited then I asked her is it open now and she responded “No we open at 10” so I said but the store hours say 9:30 and I pointed it out because they did have a paper on the door with the hours. But she said “that paper is actually not right” I’ve had the same lack of customer service from this employee before.she is so rude ,she responds very aggressively.. Lisette is so un profesional.

Every time I go into your store I met with a warm and friendly crew who is always willing and knowledgeable to meet my needs.

Since Natasha Ely has arrived into our lives my shopping experience there has been even better than ever before.

Today I went in for a couple things and she suggested that I apply for the Sally’s credit card. I did as she asked me to and I was shocked to see the benefits of doing so.(Seriously Natasha made my day)

This company is very fortunate to have someone like her who is so hard-working and so dedicated to her craft.

I have seen how How difficult and how nasty customers can be to her for no apparent reason.
And she still keeps her head up with grace and professionalism.

I’m not sure how you reward your employees but this woman deserves a raise. I hope you are aware of how valuable she is and how she makes my shopping experience to be wonderful.
