Sandbar Grill

We had the BEST time at this place and it was all thanks to our favorite server, JACKIE!! The food was great, but the service was even better. We literally haven’t stopped talking about Jackie since we met her. What a great start to our trip! We’ll definitely be returning, and if you get a chance to meet Jackie, tell her Cam says hi and that he misses her already.

Amazing/Great! And to be honest, I don’t think there is a single word that can properly rate this place. This is definitely one of those places that has all the things you’re looking for. I mean, you get a beachfront view, good service, great food, very good prices I don’t know what else you can ask for… and to top it off staff is very friendly and the service is very quick.

We had lunch at this restaurant and the service was outstanding, John, made sure we were happy with our food and kept checking on us as well as other customers with a big smile under his mask! The fish taco and fish sandwich were really good! They just need to make sure the place is clean and sanitized after each customer. I will come back to try something else!

We had a horrible experience with the Sand Bar. The server we had named Kimberly who was completely rude and treated the black employees bad. The food was cold. Snapper was terrible as well cold upon arrival. We had a party of 7 plus a newborn baby and she added the baby on as a party of 8 so she could put 20% gratuity on the bill so she didn’t have to do any work! Stay clear away from this place and head on down to Shooters! Way better place. Even though it’s more in price it’s well worth it. Stay clear away from server Kimberly or you’ll be greatly disappointed. Would’ve had given her way more than the forced gratuity through trying to add my newborn baby as a person when he’s drinking a bottle. Stay away from places that behave this way to its customers.

Stopped for dinner after spending the afternoon at the beach. They were pretty busy and it took some time for a server to stop over, maybe 10 to 15 min. We ordered and appetizer and our meals. Had the hot peel and eat shrip appetizer, which was great, but it was brought out with with rest of our meal so it was a bit challenging to eat everything while it was warm. My wife had a salad, with lobster and artichoke hearts, she loved it. I had the fish tacos which were great, just didn’t get to enjoy them warm due to the appetizer timing. The food was really good though and service was friendly and busy. It’s a great view of the ocean though which made it a nice end to our evening.
