She’s truly an amazing doctor. Dr. Malhotra is caring and professional. She listens and offers stellar service. I wouldn’t change my PCP for any other.

A doctor that shows she has genuine concern.

This doctor’s office is HORRIBLE! Although I do not like the fact that I may have to wait over 2 months to see the doctor, even if I am out of my medicine and having symptoms, I understand busy scheduling and I wait. But, when I finally get to my appointment, I am faced with an hour delay, a rushed general exam, and pushed out of the door so they can close at noon. That is all on top of a doctor that just may be incompetent. As a part of some symptoms described to her, and without her probing for add’l information, she concluded to refer me to other “specialists”. Mind you, this is after a 10 min discussion and not even a full examination. On top of that, the medicine that I went to get as I needed refill, wasn’t even called in….even after the doctor signed off on the script and said her team would call it in and have ready before pharmacy closed. When I went to the pharmacy, no prescription had been called in. After several calls into the office and the office team not knowing what was going on and telling me if you don’t hear back, call us back, which i have now three times… no prescription. No answers, no call back. A full day later, nothing from the doctors office, other than we will get back with you. I am now left without needed medication. I have to wait another 5 weeks before a new doctor can see me to get my medication. I am hoping that nothing happens to me as a result of this office’s negligence, so public be warned. No sense of urgency, no care, no empathy, and what appears to be a disorganized team that lacks competency.
