I want to share what a wonderful experience I had at this office. In these crazy trying times with all the safety procedures in place that can take the joy out of almost anything these young ladies have found the answer. I was greeted by Naz who I had a chance to talk to while waiting for the doctor. Amy who took my information some quickly and painlessly I am still in awe. Nicole who help me pick out my new frames and guided me so expertly and of coarse Dr. Robin Shorrock who listen so intently and got to know my concerns. I want to thank you one and all. I highly recommend this office. I give it a five star review.

this is the worse managed office I have experienced. Waited a hour my first visit before I was seen and was told it was due to an emergency that occurred earlier in the day. That is totally understandable and they assured me that was not normal. Well, on my 2nd visit, after I left work early to make a 4:30 appointment, I waited 35 minutes and then politely told the girl at the desk to cancel my appointment and left the office never to return. They did not care as no one called me. I also needed a pre-approval for eye drops that the DR wanted me to use and CVS never received a response from the office.

Unless your time is not valuable, do not use this Optometrist
