This is absolutely a great office. Very professional. I work in a dentist office myself in NewYork and had an emergency. The staff and Dr Verona were very kind and helpful. They fixed me up immediately. I now have a dentist in Florida

This was the best experience I ever had at a dentist office. They are so polite and knowledgeable. Not one person walked past me with out greeting and checking on me. My dentist showed so much patience with me and answered every question as if it were the only thing she had planned for the day. That level of respect for their patients is amazing, it made me feel important. They really do care and have seen it all. Highly recommended

To begin with, let me share that I called about 5 different dentists in the area and sadly, most of the people who answered the phone didn’t listen to my questions, rushed me off of the phone, wouldn’t answer my questions, or were just dismissive. I was so glad when I called Ike Design Dental, I believe it was Erica I spoke with, she was kind, helpful, accommodating, and genuinely cared as bout me as a person.
I chipped my tooth in a softball game and of all the dental offices I called, she asked me if I was ok. That spoke volumes to me figuring if the office staff cares that much & having not yet met me, I was ping to have a great experience. I wasn’t wrong either. I get to the office and Nick, Maria and Erica were phenomenal!!! They assured my safety, they explained everything, and were knowledgeable on every question I asked. I was offered water, coffee, and was even given a tour of the office. The hygienists who worked on me Shawna and Mimi, were fun, kind, gentle, and gave me a lot of tips for my future oral hygiene health. We also had a few laughs as well. What an amazing staff!!! I was honored to be treated by Dr. Varone, well, she did not disappoint, she too answered questions, took her time with me and did the procedure perfectly. Everything went so smoothly without putting a big dent in my pocket, so much so, I scheduled to get more work done the next week, as well as make my 6month appointment.
I would highly recommend this dental office for any procedure, not only are they professional, but they genuinely care about you as a person and not just another number.

Smile Design Dental is such an awesome facility! Every time my family and I go there we leave feeling pleased. The staff will always try to find times and ways to accommodate all patients. They are polite, patient and caring, which in times like these are so needed. Thank you for all that you do, we are costumers for life 😊!

Once again, this was an excellent experience (as far as going to the dentist goes 🙂 Dr Vera is exceptional and her entire staff is very pleasant and courteous.
