This is a good rehab place to go when you need rehab. I have been to Solaris twice for rehab. I love the service.

My grandmother and my Great aunt both stayed here for Skilled rehab services. The staffing was wonderful and the facility is very clean. I am happy with the service provided!

I had my dad there after the surgery. They gave me so much hard time I can’t even imagine. They have so many unprofessional people working for the facility. They don’t care if an elderly patient have language problems, any scheduled appointments or discharge. You just have to keep calling them to have the work done.

Mother was placed there for rehab. Due to Covid, no visitors. People are nice but the first week there, the food was always cold. Two in a room. Woman next to mom could not hear so her TV was always blaring. It was so loud I could not hear talking to mom on the phone.
They would not move my mom so she could get rest. Nothing for patients to do with no visitors so the Tv and phone are all they have. Should have a system so the patients TV is only heard by them

This place is a death trap. Left my mother in a wet diaper for hours on end resulting in her developing bed sores. Wound care was provided, with directions to turn my mother every two hours, it never happened. I hired a home health aide to stay with her 4 hours a day. After three days, the aid indicated that my mom was not being cared for properly, and the aide didn’t want to return to the facility.

Even after my reporting that my mother was in duress, shaking uncontrollably, It took me over an hour of effort to have someone look at her. When a nurse or aide came in, they threw a blanket on her and left. My mom wasn’t cold. My mom’s stay there ended when they sent her to the hospital.
