This is the first school I have seen that teaches to the child, rather than teaching the child to a grade. Children learn at their own level. If they excel in math, they are permitted to move ahead and if they need more work in other secular subjects they get the help needed. Whether your child has a disability – Downs, Autism, Aspergers, ADHD or simply cannot perform in a classroom that has too many students, this is a school for you. On site speech and occupational therapy, sensory therapy, loving staff, and a hands-on Administrator. Your child will experience success in this school with a fully accredited high school diploma, social skills and a positive identity as a Jew. Yasher Koach!!

One of the reasons we moved to Fl.
is to be able to provide our child with an education that
1. Challenges him Academically through its professionalism and expansive thinking.
2. Allows him to express his creative side whether through music, art, sports and other recreational activities.
3. Is loving warm open and communicative both with our child and staff with us as involved parents.
4. Has a very welcoming environment that makes my child look forward to going to school each day.
We found South Florida Jewish Academy as an excellent fit for all these criteria. We are very impressed and grateful that our child is so empowered to bring out his full potential.

Thank you Morah Baila for following through on your vision of creating an innovative school where each child is treated as an individual with infinite capacity!

greatest special needs school on the planet. There is no other like it. It is by far the best yet in it’s class. The staff is caring and the children learn and build self esteem simultaniously… proud parent…..

Even though they are an educational system that specializes with children with learning challenges, they didn’t get to the bottom of my children’s learning issues. I felt that they weren’t properly tested for any form of LD. Two of my boys came to the school maybe half a grade behind. After one year that gap has increased. They are each at least a grade behind if not more. Plus it is pretty pricey to boot. Save your money and spend it elsewhere more wisely.

The school overall just doesn’t measure up. They are disorganized and poorly managed. There is a high turnover rate in educators – always a red flag.
