It was good. But Drivers be cautious on what you are Signing or Initialling on their Bill’s of Lading you could be Responsible for a whole load of Asparagus or Whatever. You Initial the pulp temp. Or Pallet count you are Responsible.

I’m honestly taken back by how excellent the customer service is with these guys. Southord and Sparrows are great, but this place is next level! They called me within a couple of hours of my online order to make sure I hadn’t made an error (which I had), corrected it, gave me great advice and then threw in a freebie!! I am now a loyal customer- thank you!

Whoever is the one answer the phone needs to be fired ASAP. I was calling in to let me husband know (who works here) our son was rushed to the hospital and she keeps handing up the phone in my ear. Not even after hearing the nature of the call. She should really get some home training as well as customer service training. How are you bad at the one and only thing you do?
