Jess is awesome. She is very skilled at cutting and dying hair. The best part is that when you tell her to cut only an inch from your hair she will listen and not cut more than what you ask for.

Wow, I have been trying to find someone who is able to cut and color my hair exactly the way I want it. I showed her a picture and she mirrored the image. Very talented!
