I was recently locked out of my computer. I spent 15 to 20 minutes on the phone with JJ who was more than willing to try to help me out of my dilemma. He was patient and gave me great advice. Unfortunately, he was honest enough to tell me that the computer is not recoverable. And saved me a trip and a service charge. These are really good business people. I would use them and highly recommend them for their honesty, responsiveness and professionalism. Thank you JJ and Strictly Tech!

Not sure how this company is still operational. The employee turnover is more than 50%. A tech company that can’t keep it’s technicians for more than a year. I personally know 13 people got got terminated in 12 months and this company has less than 30 employees. Do the math. They are also not honest with their vendors which i would rather not go into details about. Learn to treat your customers and employees with honesty and integrity. Other than the sales department which makes good money from over charging customers everyone is miserable here.
