I have cut my husbands hair better during the lockdown than Melissa did. The back of his head she shaved a whole inch above his hairline. His sideburns are over one inch uneven. And then she shaved off the curve above the ear giving it a noticeable appearance. I am sure everyone is trying their best, but this is unacceptable specially when it makes you look unprofessional. What a horrible experience. We went with Lynette the last time and it was a stellar experience. Completely traumatized to step foot in this super cuts next time. Won’t be going here.
