Awful Service! Unwelcome feeling…Completely ignored. After waiting over after waiting in store over 20 minutes, another customer came in after me. The couple was embraced and it was like I was not even visible….I will never go there again. Not a good look for Tmobile customer service.

Can’t get reliable answers about anything. Every time you come in somepne else has a different answer about services and costs. I wouldn’t use this company
