TD Bank

I do most of my banking online but the few times I visit a branch reminds me of why I chose TD Bank in the first place: their professional yet easy going service that makes it such a pleasure to bank here. Shout out to Justin for making my day during my last visit.

My partner opened our company’s bank account in this bank. What a terrible experience. Many things can only be solved by going to the bank. So for me, going to this bank is the most terrible. The work efficiency is very high. Low, every time I wait at the door until I can’t stand it, and then leave. Since I have to go to one thing for three consecutive days, waiting for a long time each time can make you crash. This is the worst bank I have ever seen. If you don’t want to collapse, you’d better leave this bank. I will move my company account to Chase Bank as soon as possible.

I’ve always had great service at this Branch. Very helpful.

Horrible place!!! Manager Juanita has the worst attitude and could use some courses in customer service and leadership. …..or she should do a different job.
