I wanted to surprise ny best friend with a cooking class as a gift for Christmas. She mentioned she’d always wanted to learn how to make bearnaise sauce. Cynthia’s class was so intimate and affordable. She told me which ingredients I needed, provided the pots and pans for both my friend and I and was extremely knowledgeable. We cooked a filet mignon with a terragon bearnaise sauce and asparagus and a baked potato. I can’t wait to cook with her again!
