Horrible service the people on the phone can’t find anything or help and their website is useless with no pictures or prices and you’d think a business of the size would have it together

Not sure how this place has good reviews. First they send me to multiple bays. After finally arriving at the right bay they only have “scrap” of what I paid for. Then find something similar and cut it as requested. Total process took over an hour. I’ll find my metal somewhere else next time. Another customer was dealing with my frustrations as well. There should be another 1 star review for this same day.

It’s nice to see the same people working there that I’ve worked with for a long time. That says a lot about an employer. They close at 4:00, not 4:30 like Google indicates.
