Great place, timely communication, friendly and professional. Jamie in service took care of my truck on my first visit. They also had some items I noticed and found what was wrong and were able to give me a quick estimate that was pretty transparent.

I needed to work, so the wifi was important, in this place it was really good and they have plenty of places to sit and work comfortably. Would be perfect if they enclosed some of it to avoid background noise/music if you got to hop on a work call, but it was doable anyway.

Will probably be servicing my car here for as long as I live in the area. Really happy with the experience.

The salesman David was very helpful, personable, listened, and addressed all of our questions and concerns during the purchase process. He was probably my favorite car salesman to date that I have ever worked with. Everyone in the office was courteous through out the whole process. The office and bathroom were clean and I especially loved the coffee bar. I would definitely recommend and purchase from Toyota Deerfield in the future. Thank you!

3 years ago I leased my 7th Toyota here and I was thoroughly impressed with the service.
I came in a few days ago to exchange my lease and receive a new car and though the salesman was very courteous I don’t think I received the best price I was promised for returning the car early and with a lower mileage than average.
I think the manager could have shaved a few more dollars off my monthly rate.
I bought a car with lower specs than my last one and I was expecting a similar if not lower rate, not $70 more a month.
So much for loyalty huh?

They’ve been great in the past but this experience was just okay. My service rep was nice but had a little attitude when I asked if I could pay when my car wasn’t done yet. He had came out and said my car was just about done just needed to be washed. I waited another 30min and figured my car would be out soon and wanted to pay.

The service was basic “oil change” and topping of fluids etc. I was disappointed when I was told it would be done an a hour or hour 1/2 max but took over 2 hours. It took over an hour just for it to be washed and they don’t clean the inside.

I went back in after 2+ hours to check on it with my service manager who was gone. I waited for 10min and nobody helped me. Then I looked at his desk and my keys were sitting there. I’m not sure how long they were there and wondered why someone didn’t come and get me.

I understand that things can take longer but when you tell me my car is done and it takes over an hour to be washed or you forget to tell me it’s ready… Does not make me happy! I took off time to work to be there!

Service has been going down. Fort after purchasing my vehicle. I was assured car washes for life. That was canceled. Now it seems they don’t mind having customers shoot back and forth to the service dept. for work that could have been done in one visit. I’m blessed to have a job. But can’t afford multiple trips for service. Because they forgot something. I must say though. All the employees have been very nice. But nice isn’t saving me extra trips.
