Placed an order online to be shipped to this location since they didn’t have in stock. 2 weeks went by and I didn’t recieve a single phone call, email or notification that the item had finally arrived. When I called to ask the woman on the phone cut me off mid sentence and told me the item had been sitting there for a while and must have somehow gotten “missed” on her checklist. Her whole tone sounded monotone and unbothered. Because of the inconvenience I had to spend double on top of the items already ordered at a much more expensive place because I needed them asap.

My home store i go to all the time. I walk in to ask for help . And tell them i dont know the size of the line . Which i had a picture of . They started laughing before i could show them what it looked like. Skinny guy with shirt unbuttoned all the way down unprofessional . And wouldn’t help me. The other guy the old one that looks rough told me i need to know how to use a tap measure. . They need to be fired pompano beach tru value. Customer service is horrible

True Value! Didn’t have the item that I needed in store and I had to order it online to have shipped to the store. Well after placing my order I was waiting to get a notice that it has arrived to the store to pick up! Well I didn’t get the notice and the reason for that was.. When the item was shipped to True Value! It was shipped without my name being on the package. So, my package was sitting up there without no name on it. I was calling a lot ’cause I didn’t want to make a blank trip if it wasn’t up there yet! On the phone nobody knew what I was talking about and couldn’t find my package. So, I was very upset bout that and I had called another day and the guy on the phone, tried to look for it and he end up finding it. He told me it didn’t have my name on it and that’s why nobody couldn’t assist me in finding my order! How does something like that even happens? I was very upset bout that… I did go picked up my package from them. And that’s my only problem was the shipping issue, I would of been got a notice that my item was ready for pick up! If my name was on my package! I’m just not sure bout ordering anything else online through them after that experience!
