The WORST customer service, I’ve been trying to get my account fixed so I can place my order and these people don’t care about the company they work for. So unprofessional I have decided to take my business else where…..someone commented to look into alphaboard which I will be doing today. This company is absolutely terrible for b2b!

Update: The manager Cindy called and rectified the issue.
Changed from 2 stars to 4 stars because outside of really bad customer communication from employees management seems to be good.

Very bad customer service.
You get an option in Spanish and no one speaks Spanish.
Buy 48 mask that the description says on the website “The Next Level Adult Face mask is a reusable”, finally the product I receive is for childrens and do not accept me change or return.
Neither the product has a no-return policy

Long story short – Go to Alphabroder where you will be assisted to the T for your requests and issues.All i have to say is WOW – the lack of customer service and assistance from TSF in pompano is astounding to say the least. After placing an order on their website – a member of our team drove all the way to Pompano from Miami to pick up the order. Only to find out that we placed the order after the “Cut off time”. However, as of 10/30/19, there is no indication of Cut off time ANYWHERE on the site for PICKUP. I searched all the links and even clicked on their “Shipping and cut off times”link to only find transit information – again no mention of a cut off time which is supposedly 2:00pm. We were in an emergency in which we NEEDED the shirts and even tried to explain to the woman at the front desk but instead of trying to find a solution for us, we were just told “NO” – and that “there was nothing they can do”. The warehouse is literally in the same location and only needed 13 shirts. As a business, we understand there are protocols and procedures that are followed, but there was no sense of urgency or attempt to try to help us in a time of need. We were even willing to wait till the end of day to grab 13 shirts but all we received was cold shoulder and a MAYBE. Its truly disappointing we experienced this and hope they reevaluate what it means to offer the “highest levels of service”
