Two Wheels World (Ducati, Triumph & Ariel dealer)

I’m happy too say that after many service attempts and replacement of parts, Ducati of Pompano/Miami has resolved the issues with my 2019 V4R clutch. The guys in their Miami Service department were excellent. Once we were able to zero in on the exact problem, they immediately fixed the problem free of charge. When dealing with a complicated bike like the V4R, you have to expect certain issues will arise. This dealer went above and beyond throughout the entire process, picking up my bike day or night, providing loaner vehicles or rides home when necessary, (something other dealers would never provide). In the end, my issue was due too a faulty clutch cylinder that only acted up on certain situations and Two Wheel World never gave up on the problem. Once located, it was quickly fixed without delay. I give them 5+stars
