Excellent and professional service. They have a new breezeway that was installed to provide shade and protection from the elements outside while you wait for your taxi, uber or ride. Great addition!

Customs FXE hours are from 08 am until midnight.

What a mess!!!! Staff don’t want to help , it’s typical government employees…something needs to be done , waited over 2 hours in line after a 9 hour flight !!! That’s unacceptable!!!!!! Of course can’t even call to complain as it tells you to choose zero for attendant but it keeps playing the same message!!

This needs to be brought to the attention of the fake news. Maybe they do an story and put a spot light on this total mess of a system !!!! Seriously how can our citizens and legal aliens be put though this !!! No exaggeration, two hours in line waiting to see passport control at Ft Lauderdale international arrivals custom office ….

Fast and professional service. I don’t understand all the bad reviews. It is a Customs and border protection office not a hotel lobby. Be respectful and expect the same in return.

Doors are locked (security reasons) but CALL BOX on right in front of doors.

Hours of operation are 8am-8pm.

If no one answers call box, they are assisting FLIGHT/AIRPLANE customers. They have priority.

US Border agent was very friendly and provided a form so I could provide suggestions to help other people checking in.

I only give it a star because I didn’t have a choice.. If I did I would have given it a negative star. Very unprofessional and unwilling to help. CBP officers need to be trained on how to handle people more respectfully
