Very professional company. Office staff were very helpful and responsive, Brittany and Cris are awesome! Beautiful work! We were very impressed.

Bad Customer Service.
Called to ask for a fabrication pricing and because I didn’t have a drawing to provide the girl rudely said that I wasted her time and hanged up the phone on me.
That’s not the way to gain customers, or do business.

Ultimate Stone sold me a damaged Vetrazzo counter top (discolored, stained and had metal wedged in it), and then refused to take it back for a refund. They blamed the quality of the product on the manufacturer (Vetrazzo), who they alleged have “quality control issues”. Even if true, Ultimate Stone still failed to fabricate the surface properly, as it was riddled with holes and chips. Like a fool, I signed their work order before thoroughly inspecting the work, which they believe proves they did a good job, even though the photos tell a different story.

Whenever I tried to discuss the matter with Cris, in the office, she fed me with lies, while Lanio, the owner, insists the job is “beautiful”.

You would be wise to avoid this company. Find an installer/fabricator who is skilled and honest.

This is our second time getting granite from Ultimate and our experience has been painless both times. Brittany and Lanio are personable and accommodating; you are in good hands at Ultimate.

They are very accommodating and get the job done. They really do place the customers needs first, they want to make you happy. The granite we chose came out beautiful when fabricated. I recommend being there personally when it is installed so there are no issues.
