UniFirst Uniform Services – Pompano

We have been serviced by Joel Palma for almost a year, and I am extremely happy with his service. He is very professional and always wants to make sure that there are no errors. 5 stars service.

It’s always the jobs that pay you the least & work you the hardest ! “Pick up the pace” but won’t pick up the pay !

Worst experience I have ever had not only with a uniform rental company, but with any company in 17 years of business. Service was horrible. Almost every week uniforms were missing. Constant upcharges changes to our contract. This was a absolute joke of a service. Constant problems absolute nightmare that cost our company lots of time and money. There are other uniform companies. DO NOT USE UNIFIRST!!!!!!!!! If you do you will be sorry.

ROMEO takes care of our account pickup and drop off and I have never had an issue! He takes the time to review and account for everything that was picked up the previous week and even keeps me updated on new employee’s uniforms and specifics of our account. Our company has been using UniFirst Pompano Beach service’s for almost 2 years (approximately) and I have had no issues! We have had experience’s with uniform company’s in the past with missing garments not being returned from dry cleaning services, miscellaneous damage charges/fee’s and etc. Great work Romeo and UniFirst.

UniFirst is a great company – reliable and has excellent customer service. Have been using them for years and we like their personal care for the needs of our company. Our representative Romeo has excellent customer service skills. Very happy with the service.
