As a female it’s hard to find a trust worthy place thars not trying to ripe you off. This place is amazing. The staff is professional and the keep my car running in tip top shape without me having to come back the next day with another compliant.

Universal Auto Specialist was referred to me from a friend. I was a apprehensive since I always took my cars directly to dealerships, especially since they are luxury cars; but they actually took better care of me than the dealerships!! I have had my brakes done a few times, and other little things. I also have referred a few friends there who have out of warranty luxury cars and they have been satisfied.

Jo is an awesome hardworking mechanic. Very honest and quick with his services. Very funny & down to earth guy. Any maintenance or car repairs, hes your go to. Got my new tires and wheels mounted here, no scratch. Mounted & balanced in 20 mins. Have had plenty of friends cars serviced here from engine swap to clutch installation and etc. Awesome shop!!
