I am so impressed with this company and recommend it to everyone looking for a medicare plan. First, Richard Monteagudo contacted me. I was hesitant as I had a local agent that had been recommended and I was working with, but I thought I’d get another opinion. He was fantastic. Explaining everything in detail with an online presentation, answering all my questions and promptly getting back to me. He recommended that I talk with Yesica Robayo, the Medicare Part D specialist. Like Richard, she was professional, informative and wonderful to work with. She spent a lot of time going through all my prescriptions and the various plans. Though we found one that was not on her list, she encouraged me to go with it because it was a better plan for me financially. Even though she would not get credit for it, that was her recommendation. This is the definition of customer service! I highly recommend this company, especially these two employees.

i received a phone call from Richard Monteagudo from USA Medicare Advisors and I am so thankful that I took the call instead of deleting it like the hundreds of others I was receiving from Medicare agents. I have had a wonderful Medicare supplement Plan G since 2016 and thought I couldn’t do better.
