The loan person Brianna was so helpful. She was quick and efficient and helped me with my loan process smoothly. Also I was searching for a good camera she point out the different cameras they have in display. Overall the service I received at this pompano location pawn shop was stellar and I would come back to this location again just because of it.

Store looks all lit better than before. More organized and a lot more professional. I love the wall with mix of shoes and purse reminds me JC Penney. Me thing I don’t like is there is not an area for gun selling or even pawn. However lack of one item give room to more items which this store has a wide variety of tools and equipment. I was able to get a few essential power tools and 3 tool kits for about $200! Victor the manager helped me find the best deals, thanks Victor.

I enjoy buying items at pawnshops, this by far is my favorite! The employees are never rude and they always answer to all my questions and happily show me as many jewelry as I wish to see. Must note that they are the only ones that I feel really authenticate luxury items and will tell u when it’s fake. In addition
I always like to come to this location and found my favorite employee he is some type of manager name Victor and to this day gives the best service glad I found him I’m coming to this pawn shop from now on thank you Victor.

I love coming to this store and the attention and professionalism given by Leanne Is truly an experience! She’s always so attentive no matter how busy the store is. Always has a smile on her face and a positive attitude! We need more people like her in customer service! Thank you Leanne for always taking good care of me and my entire family! Came back because our first experience at this store was great because of Brianna. She really knows how to do her job and she’s a very fair and generous person. Of course we will be back to bring her more business and I highly recommend anyone to go in and check the place out, they have a variety of things and lots of unique stuff too.
