RUDE and lack of customer service!!!!

Normally I’ve always had a great experience, however this time was the worse experience I’ve had with them. I was denied entry 5 minutes before they closed. The employee looked me in my eyes and locked the door in my face. What is the sense of having a closing time if you are not going to adhere to it. I’m very disappointed and I hope this review helps those who need it

Called this morning was bugging out cause the box of coils I got on line from (China) didn’t work this vape shop was on my way to work they carry my voopoo coils but a bit expensive,, but that’s great when they work not a huge price gouging 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Went in one day and had great service. Was told to come back is I didn’t like something or if something was wrong. This was my real first vape I bought and explained what I didn’t want something that burned my throat. I went back the next day due to one of the vape liquids burning the back of my throat. The young woman’s demeanor was nasty as soon as we walked into the store and I was told that there was nothing that could be done. After I mentioned my conversation about not wanting a liquid to burn my throat she offered 10% discount. She could of cared less about the customer.
