If I had a business I’d wish to have someone as Evan in the front desk, he was the nicest. We got everything that we needed and even discovered products and new features. We bought the whole set at a great price. Great place for tourists and locals, a lot of supplies and great attention. Will come back when visiting the city!

This was the 3rd vape shop I had stopped at after a long day of work and 2 previous terrible interactions with staff at different vape stores. I had been on the search for a new orion q after my rig spotted working. The only thing worse than the other two stores not having what I wanted was the customer service. But then I decided to give vape shark a chance since it was close to my apartment located in the plaza with black Rock restaurant. And I’m so glad I did I met a wonderful salesperson that was not only super friendly and knowledgeable but generally a cool dude by the babe of Evan. They didn’t have what I was looking for but I walked out with a new voodoo That was a better device with a discount and friendly top notch customer service. Thanks again Evan definitely found my new spot and will be going back for all my vape needs. Amazing service from Evan!

Great customer service. Everyone is super nice and knowledgeable. Rarely are they out of something I need but if they are they’re always willing to order it which never takes long. Definitely recommend.
