The manager at that location is super rude and has no customer service skills. She should not be a manager and someone needs to teach her some manners. Disgusting behavior and I will never be giving them a cent ever again!

If I could rate it 0, I would. How can you have posted closed at 12 midnight but close 20m early. I tapped on the door and the person inside just waved goodbye.

This store is horrible. Most of the employees are lazy and rude. The ONLY good thing about this store is Monique. She is always friendly, she knows where every item is in the store. Actually, she’s the hardest worker they have there. The pharmacy is good. I’ve never had a problem with them.

Been doing business at this Walgreens location for many years. Unfortunately I was a victim of fraud that happened by buying two vanilla visa gift cards for $300 each. Got home, and called to make sure the money was on the cards and they both had zero zippo nada. This happened months back and I decided to post the review because I was treated by the two previous managers who have been transferred in a professional manner. After three months of sending photos of the cards receipts to vanilla they said that they wouldn’t reimburse me for $600. And actually I was livid, and Came back to the store and the manager who was transferred just happen to be there. Well he told me in so many words there’s nothing Walgreens can do which I was surprised after spending 25 years with Costco Wholesale and if we treated our customers like he treated me he would be fired. I find it interesting that Walgreens a large corporation would not have any safeguardsAs I went to a store on commercial and around sixth I think to take a look at the cards and I found 12 fraudulent carts after I called the corporate office and explain that situation they still did nothing about it they would be fired two. To make things worse I came into the store with the new manager I don’t know his name he lives in Palme Air I think responded to me with major attitude and arrogance which tells me that the Peter principle in business was implemented when promoting this individual, promote to your highest level of incompetency which surely was the case. Luckily Walgreens It’s going to keep me as a customer at this location since I spend thousands of dollars on medicines and I have always got a plus service from the pharmacy there. I hope that Walgreens has solved the fraud Problem with the gift cards. Walgreen’s corporation needs to do themselves a favor and I carry any item that they will not back this was obviously a major Blonder by the corporate office which definitely gets an F in communication

Monique is the most unprofessional manager I’ve ever came across. Customer service is at it’s all time low. I love Walgreens over CVS but after experiencing this managers attitude today I will no longer shop at Walgreens. I’m in disbelief.
