Horrible customer service. Always a line and at least a 20 min wait. Nobody cares. Staff is rude and careless

I was very impressed with the customer service that I received at this Walgreens over the weekend. I was trying to find an item that has been flying off the shelves during the COVID-19 pandemic, online it said that they might have some in stock at this location, and when I called ahead of time to check on the accuracy of whether or not the item was in stock the staff members that I spoke with on the phone were so helpful and friendly. The manager on duty checked the shelf and let me know how many items they had and where it was located in the store. I was able to drive over within 30 min to purchase the items and while checking out I noticed a guy sweeping near the front entrance and I figured it must be the same guy that I spoke with earlier. I asked, and yes it was the same person who checked the shelf for me earlier, and I thanked him for such great customer service, his name is JP. It really brightened my day to have someone follow through like that and do an amazing job, given the current circumstances that are going on. I would recommend this Walgreens location to anyone in the area and will be shopping here more myself, simply because of the great customer service that I received from JP and the other front staff members.

Awful customer service at the pharmacy. I went to pick up a prescription for antibiotics for a severe sinus infection. The girl at the counter advised me there wasn’t a prescription for me, so I called my doctor’s office and the nurse told me he had tried to call the prescription in late morning. He was left on hold for twenty minutes and was busy so he couldn’t hold any longer so he called back later. The nurse told me he was actually holding on the other line at that moment. I told the girl at the counter the doctor’s office was holding on the phone. She said she wasn’t allowed to answer the phone, the pharmacist was standing nearby and heard me but refused to pick up the phone. In the meantime the nurse had been holding for thirty minutes, so he hung up and tried to call again for the third time. The pharmacy hung up on him. The nurse tried to call a fourth time later that night but didn’t get anyone again. This was on a Friday so I ended having to wait till Monday to get my prescription (from a different location) because the doctor’s office was closed on Saturday and Sunday. This is totally unacceptable

This is the worst service oriented business I have seen. Today we stopped there to pick up a prescription and decided to pick up some kids toys as they had signs indicating 70% off and buy 5 and get the 6th free. After we picked the toys we went to the cashier and noticed that we were not getting the 6th free so we asked the cashier to correct the issue. She had no idea so called the manager whose name was Elaine. She refused to come and said that will take several minutes so we waited and waited and never came until I approached her and asked her for her name. She was laughing and making faces and I told her that Managers do not behave like that until another person finally came and fixed the issue.

The worse store ever, lazy staff, manager is rude… big lines, computer systems doesn’t work properly!
Wasting time going here!
