I get to the bank, there’s two people in line infront of me. I am doing a simple cash advance from my business checking from up north. 45 mins it takes while there’s 6 employees just standing around doing nothing! Never will come here again!

Their response time in addressing simple things like deposits/withdrawals/normal banking inquires is terrible…God awful. After waiting in line for 15 minutes I was advised to go into the drive thru when there was only one person in line and at least 5 bankers with free hands..I just needed to make a deposit. Second visit and I’ve been in the line for 20 minutes and no movement has taken place. If you’re in any type of rush and can’t use atm just go to another bank
