Customer service is great

This branch is ok in my book. I was at another branch in Coconut Creek that was horrible and then went to this branch. Avalyn was exceptional !! She was professional, courteous, compassionate and helped me through a rough time having to close my daughters account. The other folks there were equally as pleasant and professional. I recommend using this branch.

This has to be the worst Wells Fargo Branch my family and I have ever experienced! The staff is unprofessional, indifferent, inconsiderate, and have no desire to help their customers. In addition, the management is just as bad. With the most recent incident, and there have been many, the manger asked what the problem was and then proceeded to walk away and not return or offer assistance! All issues occurred at this Branch were EASILY corrected at the Coral Springs branch with professionalism and courtesy. Wells Fargo needs to intervene before this Branch continues to give them a bad name. Avoid this Branch at all costs.

Walked right in and was out quickly thanks to Chauntel. Very professional and efficient. Thank you.

Terrible branch. Slow service.
Branch has five windows but only one or two open with at least ten people on line and at least six employees milling about behind the tellers doing absolutely nothing. Wait of up to a half hour with no desire to move us along quickly. No coffee or water either. Good banks have self serve coffee.
