Absolutely terrible , the bank tellers are absolutely useless and Johnathan is extremely rude and unhelpful please go to a different bank, absolutely rude I spent 2 hours trying to make a new account and they refused to help me for whatever simple reason .

My brief experience with the bank manager today was enough for me not to use this branch ever again. He has a lot to learn about the value of customer service. His need to micro manage the customers was a huge turn off. Maybe his supervisor needs to read the many negative reviews about this location and make some positive changes.

These people are not competent, and do not know their business. I went into the branch to open an estate account. The “Banker” I had an appointment with had never heard of an estate account. The senior banker on the floor, came over, looked at my certificate of probate, and declared that it might not be acceptable, and would have to be sent to the estate department for review. Then my banker, spent a long time on the phone trying to reach the estate department, but the voice recognition system could not understand his broken English. Finally, after he had tried a number of times, I threw up my hands, took my papers and my money, and left.

Nov. 10 2020 very efficient, professional, and pleasant service provided by Mr.V Plaisir for me today. On time, and again, very professional. In these times his abilities are a real plus. Merci beaucoup

Staffed by robots. Sat for half an hour for a so-called banker before walking out. When I returned later to register my POA, dealt with an inexperienced kid, in over his head, who insisted my successor – whose name he kept mispronouncing – needed to be present to sign the POA. I’d already successfully guided Mom thru the process on hers. Sorry, Wells, there’s no such law in Florida. The notarized POA is valid. You’re idiots.
